Maggie Callarman
Owner | GIA Graduate Gemologist | Graduate Jeweler | JDT To know Jamies is to know Maggie! She had a love for jewelry since she was a little girl. A certified Gemologist, Jeweler, and CAD/CAM designer, who received training from the Gemological Institute of America in 2015, is the proud owner of Jamies The Diamond Mine. You may not always see her out front, because she’s hard at work in the back - carefully handling our customers repairs, bringing custom designs to life, and more.
Maggie is typically available: Tues-Fri 10:00am-3:00pm | Sat 9:30am-1:00pm.
Patrick McNeill
GIA Graduate Gemologist | Appraiser | Sales Associate Patrick has been working in family jewelry stores for over 15 years and has a strong passion for fine colored gemstones. Graduating from GIA in 2015, he performs all of our insurance appraisals and helps with custom designs and special projects. He’s a great communicator who connects easily with customers, while making them feel confident and informed. Outside of jewelry, he enjoys rock hounding and traveling!

Tanya Helms
Sales Associate
You’ll see Tanya’s friendly face at our front desk! Whether she’s answering questions, helping customers, or just sharing a laugh, she makes every visit feel personal. With her to-do list, coffee, and cleaning supplies by her side, she keeps things running smoothly! Outside of the store, Tanya and her husband have three grown daughters and a son-in-law.

Kayleigh Gunn
Social Media Manager | Sales Associate
Kayleigh is the youngest one of the crew! With her creative mind, she manages and designs our social media platforms and advertisements. She also welcomes our customers and assists with their jewelry desires. Outside of Jamies, she is a working college student studying Psychology. She’s devoted to her faith and enjoys helping children’s ministry at her church as well!
Kayleigh is currently available: Wed-Fri 9:30am - 5:00pm | Sat 9:30am - 1:00pm.
Carmen Karhliker
Sales Associate
Carmen joins us once a week, greeting customers with a smile and helping them with their jewelry wishes! She is a retired teacher from Glenwood High School, where she worked for over 30 years. She loves to decorate our windows the beginning of each holiday. In her personal life, she is a wife, mother, step-mother, and grandmother.
Carmen is available: Tuesday 9:30am - 5:00pm.
